PCOS is a long-term hormonal condition, and the international guideline recommends lifestyle care for every woman who has it. We build a 3- or 6-month plan around your reports, your cycle and the Indian food you actually eat — alongside your gynaecologist, never instead of them.
What most women are told
That is the advice most women walk out with after a PCOD diagnosis. No plan, no timeline, no follow-up — and often a tablet to bring the period on.
So you cut rice, try a crash diet, lose a few kilos, and watch them come back with the same irregular cycle. If you are already slim, the advice makes even less sense.
For many women, PCOS runs on insulin resistance — which is why crash diets don't hold, and why lean women get it too.
The framework
The 2023 international guideline found no single diet works better than the others for PCOS. So we don't hand you one — we build on what you already eat.
Insulin resistance drives much of PCOS. We pair every roti, rice or dosa with protein and fibre, so the same food lands more gently — rather than cutting the food you grew up on.
Muscle is where most of your blood sugar goes. Two to three short strength sessions a week, at home or in a gym, built around your calendar.
Late nights and long workdays make sugar cravings louder and consistency harder. We plan around your real schedule instead of pretending it away.
Weight is one number. We also track waist, cycle length and energy each week, and your doctor’s blood work at the start and end — so you see progress the scale misses.
Who this is for
This is the Advanced Health Transformation plan, set up for PCOS. We read your reports before we touch your food, and we work around your gynaecologist's treatment.
What we track
Results differ from woman to woman. These are what we measure, every week, so you can see what is actually changing.
In their own words
Unedited WhatsApp messages from THINQ.FIT clients. One of them conceived during her program — we don't treat infertility, and if you are trying to conceive, your gynaecologist leads.
FAQ
No — and be wary of anyone who promises it. The 2023 International PCOS Guideline describes PCOS as a chronic hormonal condition. What sustained lifestyle change can do is improve what drives the symptoms: insulin resistance, weight around the waist, and the cycle problems that often come with them. The guideline recommends lifestyle management for everyone with PCOS.
There is no single best PCOS diet — the 2023 guideline found no one approach superior. That is good news: it means the plan can be built on the Indian food you already eat. We change portions, pairings and timing, not your cuisine.
Yes. Lean PCOS is common, and the guideline notes that the metabolic side of PCOS exists independently of weight and that lifestyle changes bring benefits even without weight loss. For you the focus shifts to blood sugar, strength and cycle tracking rather than the scale.
Only when your reports call for one — for example vitamin D when you are deficient — and always in line with what your doctor has prescribed, never instead of it. We do not sell supplements, and we never put you on a stack you don’t need.
Some of our clients have conceived after improving their health — you can read one of their messages on this page. But we do not treat infertility, and every body is different. If you are trying to conceive, your gynaecologist leads; we build the food and lifestyle side around their plan.
Yes. Medicines such as metformin or hormonal tablets are your doctor’s decision, and we work alongside them. We ask for your latest blood work at the start and end of the program and share progress you can take to your appointments.
The Advanced Health Transformation plan starts at ₹23,000 for 3 months (plus GST) and includes a blood-report review, weekly coaching calls, daily accountability and hormonal support. See full pricing for India and international rates.
